昨日，澳大利亚移民部长公布了《188-重大投资人类签证》详情，只要投资500万澳元，无论其年龄、英文如何，均可以申请澳洲188商业移民签证，投资额在完成签证后可以取出，具体情况等2012年下半年立法通过后公布!
1. 要求通过EOI, 具体打分参考：http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/business/_pdf/innovation-points-test.pdf
2. 获得州政府商业部的担保;
3. 投资500万澳元，可以投资各级政府债券、上市公司或者澳洲有资格的公司!-state or territory government bonds、 Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) regulated managed funds with a mandate for investing in Australia、 direct investment into private Australian companies not listed on the Australian stock
投资的基金投入澳洲资产，包括：The mandate for the managed fund must be in Australian assets only and limited to the following:
基建项目 infrastructure projects in Australia
银行存款 cash held by Australian deposit taking institutions
州地区政府债券 bonds issued by a state or territory government
澳洲上市公司发行的债券或资产 bonds or equity in Australian companies listed on the Australian stock exchange
澳洲金融机构债券或定期存款 bonds or term deposits issued by Australian financial institutions
澳洲不动产物业 real estate property in Australia
躯体ASIC管理的基金 other ASIC regulated managed funds that invest in the above list of assets.
The fund must be open to the general public and the fund manager must provide a compliance declaration adhering to the Department’s investment requirements.
直接投资进入非上市公司 Direct investment into non-listed Australian companies
For direct investment into non-listed Australian companies to be classed as a ‘complying investment’， the following criteria must be met:
生意必须符合资格，合法经营 the company must genuinely operate a qualifying business in Australia
必须入股 the applicant must obtain an ownership interest in the company
ASIC注册的正规公司 the company must be registered with ASIC
4. 签证为期4年，期间只要总计住160天，而且签证可以延签2次，一次2年。 如果签证延期到6年，需要注满240天，第二次延期到8年则为320天
