西澳大利亚大学已正式成立了一个新的足疗诊所，为社会各界提供舒适便利的足底治疗。

　　该诊所除了提供一般的足疗保健外，还提供儿科足部评估，治疗因运动而损伤的足部和脚踝。 同时还提供相应的配方和生产治疗工具，对糖尿病患者的足部进行评估以及对糖尿病患者的伤口进行管理和进行小型的足底手术。

　　西澳大利亚大学的外科与病理学院的院长，保罗教授说道：“医学院的学生将会在经验丰富的足病医生的指导下，治疗前来就诊的病人。在这就诊的费用将相对较低。

　　UWA A NEW PODIATRY CLINIC PUTS ITS BEST FOOT FORWARD

　　The University of Western Australia has officially opened its new Podiatry Clinic, offering accessible, affordable podiatric services to the community.

　　The clinic offers general podiatry care, paediatric foot assessment, treatment for sports injuries of the foot and ankle, the pres cription and manufacture of foot orthoses, diabetic foot assessment, diabetic wound management and minor podiatric surgery.

　　Professor Paul Norman, Head of the School of Surgery and Pathology at UWA, said patients were seen by Podiatric Medicine students under the direct supervision of experienced podiatrists at reduced fees.
