CEI delegation which is composed of Elaine Liu, the manager of international marketing, Richard Li, the director of international cooperative education projects, was led by the president of CEI, Mr. Charles Sun, arrived Los Angels International Airport at 7:00 in the evening on 12 July 2009.

The main purpose of the visit was to explore the opportunities for CEI to with more US prestigious institutions and help Chinese students studying at American campus with the most advanced facilitates and education . CEI started 13 years ago with Australian business. Three years ago, the business expanded to US, Canada, UK and other 11 European countries. The US business is still small compared to Australian business. Therefore, the CEI delegation will take this chance to visit about 24 US colleges and universities in reaching working relationship with more US institutions.

Another purpose for this visit is CEI’s participation on NAICUSE (National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities) Summer Workshop at Westin Monache Resort Mammoth Lakes, California July 26 - 29, 2009. As one of the main sponsors, CEI’s president Mr. Charles Sun will give a speech on 28 July to tell the attendees how CEI help students to complete their dreams of studying abroad and how CEI well connect foreign institutions and Chinese students.
