The People's Republic of China is about to enter her 60th birthday. During this period,she has experienced the change from a backward country to a world power. In the early stage of reform and opening up, the mainstream of students that went abroad for study mainly focus in the area of America and some countries of Eourpe.However, currently the Chinese students had spread over 100 countries.Thirty years ago, per 10,000 farmers could support a student to study overseas, but in recent years, the number of self-financed students abroad is always soaring up.
