受CONVID-19疫情影响，新加坡移民局发布正式通知：

1. 所有短期访客，包括已经拿到IPA批准信的留学生但还未入境新加坡办理学生准证的海外留学生，目前不允许进入新加坡，也不允许在新加坡转机；

2. 已经获得IPA批准信，还未入境新加坡的留学生，可邮件联系：ICA_STP2@ica.gov.sa 申请保险退款；

3. 已经获得IPA且已经入境新加坡的留学生，仍旧可以去ICA办理学生准证，但入境后需要先完成14天的居家隔离的要求且符合健康条件。

4. 已经持有学生准证的海外留学生不受影响。

Dear Schools,

In view of the evolving COVID-19 situation in Singapore, we regret to inform that all short-term visitors (including holders of ICA issued In-Principle Approval) will not be allowed to enter or transit through Singapore with immediate effect. STP IPA holders who are currently not in Singapore will not be allowed to enter Singapore to complete formalities. Affected IPA holders who had already made payment for issuance of IPA/multiple-entry visa may write to ICA_STP2@ica.gov.sg. for refund of the payment.

2) For IPA holders who are already in Singapore, they will still be allowed to make an e-appointment to complete formalities at ICA Building, provided they have completed their Stay-Home Notice(SHN)/Quarantine Order (QO).

3) For updates on Border Control Measures in response to COVID-19, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions via https://www.ica.gov.sg/covid-19.

4) We apologise for any inconvenience caused and seek your understanding in this matter. We would also appreciate if you could inform the affected IPA holders of the above.
