本人今年26岁，全日制专升本（3年大专+2年本科） ，国贸专业毕业，拿到经济学学士学位。2008年7月毕业，同年8月在一家工厂的贸易部做报关，2009年9月底离职。09年11月28日-10年1月31日，在培训机构读语言培训班。3月27日第一次考雅思，5分。之后一段时间都是一边复习，一边找工作、打工、做兼职。7月份又开始在一家工贸公司正式上班，直至现在。7月和9月各考过一次雅思，都是5.5分。本来英语基础就不是很好，加上工作烦琐，那段时间很浮躁。9月中下旬就拿着雅思5.5的成绩单开始投学校。10月下旬收到了Langara College的接受信，学费和注册费用汇款付的。接受信的关键细节如下：

　　Name of school: Langara College, Public Post-Secondary Institution

　　Level of study: ESL followed by first and second year university courses

　　Porgram/Major/Course: ESL followed by 2 year Arts & Science Program （full time）

　　Academic year of study which the student will enter: Begin with ESL then Year 1 of 2-year program

　　Start Date: January 5, 2011 Completion Date: December 31, 2013 Or minimum 3 years of full-time studies

　　Late Registration Date: March 2, 2011; April 27, 2011; June 22, 2011

　　整个过程我都是DIY的，之前咨询过有关公司，他们告知我年龄偏大，申请COLLEGE很容易被拒签。然后极力怂恿我去念个语言+硕士预科。其实，硕士、MBA什么的我压根就没考虑。一方面知道自己底子不好，一方面自己念的大学也非211院校，就是一上海的二本排名几乎垫底的学校。我去加拿大就想念个实用点的专业，顺便磨练一下自己，开开业界。不想搞得很复杂，万一最后毕不了业就糗大了。

　　我是11月9日自己去上海的加拿大签证中心交的申请。因为那家学校不再SPP名单里，所以不能走SPP。核对清单上要求的所有文件和公正件基本齐全，高中毕业证明的公证件有的，但是我毕业那会没拉成绩单，现在学校早就停办了，所以高中成绩单和公正件没有交。但是我大专和本科的成绩单、证书什么的都是齐全的。资金方面，满12个月的定存有41万左右，满半年的定存30万左右。母亲去年年底退休，父亲在卫生局里做，年收入8万左右。

　　11月21日，收到使馆寄来的快递。文件被退回，拒签。STUDY PLAN和两张照片未被退还给我。拒签的告知函原文如下：

　　This refers to your application for a Study Permit.

　　According to Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and the regulation, an applicant for a Study Permit must establish that he or she meets the requirements of the Act. In order to meet those requirements, the officer must be satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay tuition fees and to maintain yourself and any family members that are accompanying you. The officer must also be satisfied that your stay in Canada will be temporary.

　　Based on a careful review of the information contained in your application and all of the documentation, which you have provided in support of your application, I have concluded that you fail to meet the requirements of Canadian immigration legislation for the issuance of a Study Permit. The reasons for your refusal are indicated below:

　　 You have not satisfied me that you are an intending temporary resident to Canada as defined by Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

　　这个应该就是传说中的“有移民倾向”吧 顺便提一下，我当时没有预体检（不知道这个会不会有影响）。
