Heavy snow with thunder storm hit most parts of Beijing since Monday night.

A plummet of 9 degrees Celsius of outdoor temperature to 2.5 degrees Celsius below zero at 6:00 a.m. from the same time on Monday, according to the Beijing Meteorological Station.
