UniSA’s Malaysian education partner, Taylor’s University College, has been voted the most popular private institution for the second year in a row in the Malaysian Student Survey 2009.
Taylor’s took out the overall category and was separately awarded for being the most popular for Business, Accounting and Management programs as well as two other program awards.
“These successes are a great testament to our partner and to UniSA’s Division of Business programs that continue to be held in high regard,” said Division of Business Pro Vice Chancellor Professor Gerry Griffin.
“Congratulations and thanks to all those staff who contribute to the programs’ ongoing success.”
Since 1994, the Division of Business has been operating both postgraduate and undergraduate transnational programs in a number of Asia Pacific countries including Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore. A recent decision has been made to exit from a number of these programs and the Division is teaching these courses out. However, the Division continues to collaborate with Taylor’s College in Malaysia, offering three undergraduate transnational programs in Accounting, Marketing and Finance.
