China Education International is continuingly developing the partnership network in canada. Its reputation and strength has successfully convince quite a few canadaian high schools to work with CEI. Recently CEI is negotiating cooperation agreement with John Carroll Catholic High School on all academic programs .

John Carroll Catholic High School was established as St. Anastasia School in 1916. A high school was added in 1932. It  was renamed John Carroll when it moved to it's present location  in 1965. The school was named in honor of Pope John XXIII and Bishop Coleman Carroll.[2]

John Carroll is a school that promotes Christian values and the teachings of the Catholic Church. We welcome students regardless of religious background or affiliation. It is our core belief that by educating the students in the spirit of Catholic Christianity and through the grace of Jesus Christ, we are able to provide a spiritual foundation that they will take with them

for the rest of their lives. Students are required to complete a minimum of four years of religion classes. These classes not only educate students in Roman Catholic doctrine but also exposethem to other religions as well. Students attend at least one spiritual retreat a year through which they become closer to God and to each other.

Our students also regularly participate in the liturgical aspects of the Catholic faith. There are regularly scheduled masses and prayer or penance services providing the opportunity to integrate faith into their scholastic education and daily life.

As the only private Catholic high school in the four-county area, we have created a lasting legacy for almost one hundred years of educating youth. John Carroll is both traditional and modern as we continually update curriculum and facilities to provide instruction of the highest caliber.
