One of the following qualifications:
- New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (NZQF Level 4)
- National Certificate in Hospitality (Cookery) (NZQF Level 4)
- New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced) (NZQF Level 5)
- Diploma in Professional Cookery (NZQF Level 5)
AND
a minimum of five years' combined experience in establishments offering a la carte/banqueting or commercial catering, with a minimum of two years at Chef de Partie (Section Leader level or higher)
以下证书或文凭之一：
- 新西兰烹饪4级证书
- 酒店(烹饪)4级国家证书
- 新西兰烹饪文凭(高级)5级证书
- 专业烹饪文凭5级证书，
并且至少5 年普通厨师(提供点餐或宴会服务的餐饮机构)的工作经验 或 至少2年(商业餐饮机构)担任主厨职位(主管级或更高)的工作经验
