Financial Source and Situation of Revenue & Expenditure
To Canadian Embassy
Dear Visa Officer,
I am XXX, the applicant’s mother. My son XXX is applying to study in Canada, and the funds of our family support to his further study amount to RMB XXX, as a complement to cover his rest tuition fees, airline tickets and unexpected emergencies. Since Jan. 2000 I have been acting as ZZZ in YYY Cooperation. In Dec. 2005, I retied but was rehired by my company. Because I am a single mother, most financial source depends on my income, including my pension (since I retired in Dec. 2005), basic wages and annual bonus. Our family’s finance source is the following details:
From 2000 to 2005: RMB XXX;
From 2006 to 2007: RMB XXX;
In 2008, the total income is RMB XXX;
In 2009, the total income is RMB XXX.
To March 2010, the 2010 total income is RMB XXX, including my son’s scholarships of RMB XXX in 2008/2009 academic year.
Total income is RMB XXX.
Family expenditures are as follow:
From 2000 to present, total life expenditure was RMB XXX;
In April 2009, purchase and decoration fees of an apartment were RMB XXX;
From 2006 to present, my son’s university tuition fees and other education expenditure as well as application fees were RMB XXX, except successive financial assistance in the form of annual scholarships of RMB XXX in 2006/2007, 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 academic years.
Total expenditure is RMB XXX.
Our accounts show a favorable balance of RMB XXX.
According to my ability, we have enough to pay partial study expenses during son’s study in Canada.
Best wishes,
Date Signature
